A proposal is a wonderful and beautiful moment in time when everything tends to stand still while the person you love gets down on one knee to dedicate their love to you for a lifetime. It’s a culmination of a relationship journey of wonderful memories and experiences while the two of you got to know each other more and more, finally realizing that you want to spend the rest of your lives together. Many men go out of their way to make their proposal incredibly special for the one that they love. Grant Tribbett made his proposal to his now-fiancé, Cassandra, incredibly special not only for her but for Cassandra’s 5-year-old daughter, Adrianna. The two had been dating just seven months when Grant realized he knew in his heart that he wanted to spend the rest of his life by Cassandra’s side. That also meant that he wanted to commit in front of her to spend the rest of his life loving and supporting her daughter. He knew the two came as a package and wanted to make sure his proposal showed his love ran deep for both of his ladies.
Grant said later that Cassandra’s love for her daughter and her strong role as a single mother were things that made him realize that she was the woman he wanted to spend the rest of his life with. He purposely decided that he wasn’t just going to propose to Cassandra, he wanted to propose becoming a family to Adrianna as well.
Grant wanted to make the proposal a surprise, asking his girls to dress up to go out to a special breakfast. Cassandra had an inkling that something else was going on when Grant simply took them to their local Cracker Barrel.
After the meal, Grant and his two gals took a walk at the stunning Ritchey Woods Nature Preserve, Cassandra walking the entire time in high heels. When they came upon an idyllic bridge, Grant got down on one knee and proposed to Casandra with a professional photographer he hired capturing the moment. He then got back down on his knee and opened a small jewelry box to reveal a heart-shaped necklace before asking Adrianna if he could love and protect her for the rest of her life. Adrianna lept for joy shouting aloud that she would finally have a daddy! The couple recently married and Adrianna can’t wait to be a big sister.
