If someone put you in the middle of an audience to sing or just say something when you were 4 years old, what would you have done? Most people would cry out of fear. Well, not Landon Mak. This 4-year-old Hershey Bears fan held his nerve before an audience of 10,000 people and sang the national anthem before the start of a hockey game.
The young boy was dressed up as a young performer with a white dress shirt, spangled suspenders, and a bow-tie that had the same colors as the suspenders. He had also worn an excellent pair of stripped shoes that shone with his performance.
Confident and witty, the young lad grabbed the mic and sang the national anthem slowly and calmly without forgetting a single word. The audience could only smile and be amazed at the boy’s bold performance.
After the performance, the boy received so much praise after the team posting the video to their Facebook page.
‘Local 4-year-old Landon Mak sang tonight’s National Anthem in front of 10,000+ fans at Giant Center, and he CRUSHED IT,’ The team wrote.
Interestingly, the Hershey Bears won that night, and they credited the win to the boys’s incredible performance. When Landon made an appearance with his parents at Fox & Friends, he repeated the same performance with the same poise and confidence.
Landon’s parents, Kim and Rich Mak, told Fox & Friends they never expected their son’s performance to be such a viral hit. They only wanted Landon to sing the national anthem for fun.
When asked where Landon learned how to perform like that, the parents simply replied that their son did it by watching online videos. Landon’s parents are proud of him for giving his best to the audience. We hope that he keeps up the good work and go even further in life.
